Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, Ninth Acre may send you text messages about your orders, shipments and tasting reservations. We collect your mobile number, your consent, and the date and time you gave it, and use this information only to send you those messages and to honour your opt-out requests.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Use Information

We use your information to fulfill requests, communicate with you, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
