St. Helena's warm growing conditions and diverse soils allow us to source both Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc.

The Cabernet brings ripe fruit and depth, while the Sauvignon Blanc becomes an important component of our final Sauvignon Blanc blend, complementing the higher-elevation Atlas Peak fruit with greater texture and generosity.
